Accommodation
Accommodation has been reserved on behalf of conference delegates at Rydges South Bank and Ivy and Eve Apartments until Thursday 15 May 2025.
Accommodation can be booked between 18-20 June 2025, will be allocated in order of receipt of bookings and is subject to availability. To secure the conference accommodation rates, bookings should be made online as part of the registration process.
Cancellations and changes to your accommodation booking
Please notify your request for changes or cancellation directly to the Conference Organiser. Each accommodation venue has its own cancellation policy, ranging from a one night cancellation fee to 100% cancellation fee depending on the date of cancellation. Please ensure you understand the cancellation policy for the accommodation venue you are booking.
Arrival time
Upon booking accommodation, please indicate your estimated time of arrival. If you wish to check-in before the official check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released and you will be charged a no-show fee.
Extending your stay
If you wish to extend your stay prior to or following the conference, please specify your requirements in the ‘additional nights required’ field during the accommodation booking process. Availability and rates will be checked with the accommodation venue before your reservation is fully confirmed.
Payment for accommodation
Please note that a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your room with the hotel. A wide range of credit cards are available for accommodation payment, based on your accommodation venue. Please ensure you are familiar with your hotel’s payment policy (outlined below).

Rydges South Bank
9 Glenelg Street, South Brisbane
Rydges South Bank is conveniently located beside the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, joined by a walkway. Downtown Brisbane and the Queen Street Mall are an easy 10 minute stroll away. The hotel features 3 restaurants, an outdoor pool and a fitness centre and a bar/lounge, a poolside bar and a coffee shop/café are on-site.
Check-in is available from 2.00pm onwards. Check-out is prior to 10.00am.
Payment
A one night deposit will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and the remaining balance is to be settled on check-in. All incidental charges incurred during your stay must be settled on check-out.
A service fee of 1.5% will be charged for all payments made using a credit or debit card.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing via email to dattaqld@expertevents.com.au.
Bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival: No penalty applies
Bookings cancelled between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival: Cancellation fee equal to 1 night for every confirmed booking cancelled will apply
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival: All rooms cancelled or no shows will be charged at the agreed rate for number of nights cancelled

Ivy & Eve Apartments
22/28 Merivale Street, South Brisbane
Ivy & Eve Apartments is within a prime location in the heart of South Brisbane and just a short walk to Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. The 4 star resort style accommodation includes a recreation and relaxation deck including an outdoor cinema, gymnasium and yoga room. The glass edge swimming pool and heated spa is complimented by an impressive sun deck. The fully self-contained apartments boasts well-appointed, fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities and balcony.
Check-in is available from 2.00pm onwards. Check-out is prior to 10.00am.
Payment
One night deposit will be charged at 30 days prior to arrival. The final balance of accommodation is to be paid upon check-in. All incidental charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon check-out.

No fee for any cancellations or amendments made 30 days prior to arrival. Reservation amendments can be made for arrival & departure dates however may incur a fee if within cancellation period. Cancellations within 30 days and no shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
